Interface & Sections

The platform has an intuitive interface which is divided into different sections. They can be easily spotted in the images below: 

1. If you are a retailer

 
  1. Store/s: If your account set-up is only prepared for one country, its name will appear here. If your account set-up has taken into account several countries, use the dropdown menu that will appear to select one of them.
  2. Searching area: Look for products in your catalog. You can search by text, brand, category, tags or retailers. Click on Advanced to search by Codes/EANs, and apply filters of prices, stocks or connected products. You also have access to your saved searches.
  3. Price monitoring: This area is divided into three sections: Listing, Analytics and Alerts. In the Listing section you can visualize prices of rivals connected to your product, ranges of prices, price differences, export price data, make reports and manage your rivals. In the Analytics area you can access Stock Availability, Brand Distribution, Price Quartile and Competition Map sections. In the Alerts section you can set alerts for receiving email notifications every time price or stock changes occur in your competitors under certain criteria, and consult current alerts.
  4. Marketplaces: Check how your store positions among competitors in the most important Comparison Shopping Engines.
  5. Dynamic pricing: Access the Dynamic Pricing section to visualize pricing suggestions made according to your criteria. Access the Strategy Editor to adjust the rules and parameters for Dynamic Pricing suggestions. Remember that to get access to the Dynamic pricing tool you must upgrade your account.
  6. Sales performance: This feature allows you to connect your Google Analytics data, like the number of sales, with Netrivals tool. For instance, if through Google Analytics data you spot those products that are best sellers in your store, you can take actions and decisions based on this information
  7. Market research: Select a retailer to explore their catalog, set alarms to detect when a competitor adds new products, and analyze rivals and brands.
  8. Catalog and connections: Access to your Catalog, Smart Connections, Connections management and Connection History.
  9. API & Business Intelligence: This is the Application Programming Interface, it allows you to integrate data from our tool into your software.
  10. Settings: Manage users and explore stores.
  11. Notifications: This panel will notify you any changes related to the tool and your account evolution and improvements.
  12. Help Center: Visit Netrivals’ Help Center to solve any doubt about our platform.
  13. Support: In case you need to solve any further doubts, you can contact our Support team.
 

2. If you are a brand

  1. Countries: If your account set-up is only prepared for one country, your brand’s name will appear here. If your account set-up has taken into account several countries, use the dropdown menu that will appear to select one of them.

  2. Searching area: Look for products in your catalog. You can search by text, brand, category, tags or retailers. Click on Advanced to search by Codes/EANs, and apply filters of prices, stocks or connected products. You also have access to your saved searches.

  3. Price monitoring: This area is divided into three sections: Listing, Analytics and Alerts. In the Listing section you can visualize prices of your retailers compared to your MSRP, see who sells cheaper, equal or more expensive to your recommended prices. In the Analytics area you can access Stock Availability, Brand Distribution, and Price Quartile sections. In the Alerts section you can set alerts for receiving email notifications every time price or stock changes occur in your competitors under certain criteria, and consult current alerts.

  4. Marketplaces: Get an even more comprehensive way of your products’ performance inside the market and visualize your prices in each marketplace.

  5. Amazon Ratings & Reviews: Obtain a clear vision of what is your product perception in the market, something which enables you to improve your strategic decisions on product management and development.

  6. Rivals Benchmark: Obtain a comparative vision between your products and your competitors'.

  7. Market research: Select a retailer to explore their catalog, set alarms to detect when a retailer adds new products, and analyze brands.

  8. Catalog and connections: Access to your Catalog, Competing products, Smart Connections, Connections management and Connection History.

  9. API & Business Intelligence: This is the Application Programming Interface, it allows you to integrate data from our tool into your software.

  10. Settings: Manage users, the Google Chrome Extension and log out from Netrivals software from this tab.

  11. Notifications.
