Interface & Sections
The platform has an intuitive interface which is divided into different sections. They can be easily spotted in the images below:
1. If you are a retailer

Dashboards: Modify the view between Direct Web and Marketplaces.
- Search Area: Search for products in your catalog. You can search by text, brand, category, tags, or retailers. Click on Advanced to search by codes/EANs, and apply filters for prices, stocks, or connected products. You also have access to your saved searches.
- Price Monitoring: This area is divided into three sections: Listing, Analysis, and Alerts. In the Listing section, you can view the prices of competitors connected to your product, price ranges, price differences, export price data, create reports, and manage your competitors. In the Analysis area, you can access Stock Availability, Brand Distribution, Price Quartile, and Competitor Map sections. In the Alerts section, you can set up alerts to receive email notifications whenever there are price or stock changes in your competitors under certain criteria, and check the current alerts.
- Dynamic Pricing: Access the Dynamic Pricing section to view price suggestions made according to your criteria. Access the Strategy Editor to adjust the rules and parameters for Dynamic Pricing suggestions. Remember, you need to upgrade your account to access the Dynamic Pricing tool.
- Sales Performance: This feature allows you to connect your Google Analytics data, such as the number of sales, with the Netrivals tool. For example, if you identify the best-selling products in your store through Google Analytics data, you can take actions and make decisions based on this information.
- Market Research: Select a retailer to explore their catalog, set up alerts to detect when a competitor adds new products, and analyze competitors and brands.
- Smart Suggestions: Enhance the number of connections through this module, considering the information provided in the feed.
- Catalog and connections: Access to your Catalog, Smart Connections, Connections management and Connection History.

- Support: In case you need to solve any further doubts, you can contact our Support team.

2. If you are a brand

Searching area: Look for products in your catalog. You can search by text, brand, category, tags or retailers. Click on Advanced to search by Codes/EANs, and apply filters of prices, stocks or connected products. You also have access to your saved searches.

In the Alerts section you can set alerts for receiving email notifications every time price or stock changes occur in your competitors under certain criteria, and consult current alerts.
