💡 What do the statuses of my support tickets correspond to?

The statuses of your support tickets correspond to the processing status of your request and are as follows:




  • Open status: This means that the ticket is being processed by the Netrivals teams and your request is awaiting resolution.

  • Waiting for your response: This status indicates that Netrivals is waiting for your response in order to continue processing your request. If no response is provided within 5 days, the ticket will be automatically considered Resolved.

  • Resolved: This status means that the ticket has been resolved and the request has been successfully processed, or it has been automatically closed due to no response from your end. If you still experience the issue, you can reopen the ticket by adding a comment within 5 days of the resolution. After this period, a new follow-up ticket can be opened to report a related issue.
