IF YOU ARE A RETAILER


  1. Dashboards: Toggle between Direct Web and Marketplace views.
  2. Search Area: Search for products in your catalog by text, brand, category, tags (category and tags available if provided) or retailer. Use Advanced search to look up by codes/EANs and filter by price, stock, or connection status. Access saved searches for easy reference.
  3. Price Monitoring: Organized into three sections: 
    • Listing: View competitor prices linked to your products, price ranges, differences, export data, create reports, and manage competitors.
    • Analysis: Access Stock Availability, Brand Distribution, Price Quartiles, and Competitor Maps.
    • Alerts: Set alerts to receive notifications for competitor price or stock changes based on specified criteria.
  4. Dynamic Pricing: View price suggestions based on your criteria and edit rules in the Strategy Editor (accesible if the module is hired).
  5. Sales Performance: Integrate Google Analytics data to monitor sales and identify top products to guide your decisions.
  6. Market Research: Explore competitors’ catalogs, set alerts for new products, and analyze brands and competitors.
  7. Smart Suggestions: Use this module to boost connections using feed information.
  8. Catalog and Connections: Access your catalog, manage connections, and view connection history.
  9. Help Center: Visit our Help Center for support.
  10. Support: Contact our Support team for additional assistance.

  4. Amazon Ratings & Reviews: Gain insights into market perception of your products to inform strategic decisions on product management and development.
  5. Market Research: Select a retailer to browse their catalog, set alerts for new product additions, and analyze competitor brands.
  6. Smart Suggestions: Increase connections with insights from this module, based on feed information.
  7. Catalog and Connections: Access your Catalog, Competing Products, Smart Connections, Connection Management, and Connection History.
