My Rivals

IF YOU ARE A RETAILER

Discover the My Rivals Menu in Netrivals and the available options it contains.

You can access from Direct Web > Listing > My Rivals

From the Store list tab you can see three tabs:

Rivals list

In the Rivals List section you will see different information about the competitors and marketplaces you are following:

1.My rivals: Track here the list of rivals you currently follow.

2. Rivals list, suggestions and requests: See how many rivals you currently follow, rivals suggested to be followed based on potential connections, and your current requests.

3. Add a new rival: You can use the button in order to add more retailers or marketplaces.

4. Name: Rivals' name

5. Favorite: Favorite your rivals to put them in first positions in products list module.

6. Export: Export the list of rivals you currently follow.

7.Type: What kind of website you follow, 

8. Connections: How many connections you have with every retailer/marketplace.

9. Specs: If we are retrieving shipping data per rival followed. 

Suggestions

In the Suggestions section you can see potential rivals to monitor taking into account potential connections based on EAN codes.

 

1. Add new rival: You can use the button in order to add more retailers you wish to follow. Send a request and CSM team or support will reach you to help you out in the process

2. Name: List of rivals and marketplaces that are suggested to follow.

3. Type: If it is a Direct web or Markeplace.

4. Potential Connections with the rival or marketplace based on matches by EAN code.

5. Request rival: You can click on follow in order to eequest following the rival or marketplace.

Requests

Through the Request tab you can see the list of rivals or marketplaces requests that are in process:

 

1. Add new rival: You can use the button in order to add more retailers you wish to follow, as long as you have not reached your limit. Send a request and CSM team or support will reach you to help you out in the process

2. Name: List of rivals and marketplaces that you have requested to follow.

3. Type: If it is a Direct web or Markeplace.

4. User: Who has made the request.
