Find out how to add a new competitor or retailer
If you want to add a new retailer to your list you have to visit the My rivals or My Retailers section.
By clicking on the Add new rival button, you will send a request to the Customer Success department. If your plan and the characteristics of the retailer’s store allow it, the new seller will be added to your list shortly.
If there is any limitation on the retailer’s website or the fact that you have already reached the limit of sellers your plan allows, a Netrivals specialist will let you know and give you the necessary guidelines to make changes to your account.
