💡 Why am I seeing the error “Rule pre-conditions not passed: the product does not have the minimum 1 required connections” in Dynamic Pricing?

This message appears when the product cannot be evaluated by Dynamic Pricing because it does not meet the minimum criteria set in your strategy.

There are two possible reasons:

The product is not connected to any competitor.
It is connected to one or more competitors, but those connections do not meet the conditions configured in the Strategy Editor (e.g., connection type, data quality, specific rules...).

We recommend reviewing your competitor connections and, if needed, adjusting the strategy settings so the product can be included in price calculations.
