💡 Why are some EANs missing / in the wrong format on my report?

If you can't find your EANs when filtering the column, or if your EANs are displayed in the format 31735E+12, this is due to the default Standard format used by Excel for the column.

Select the column and choose the "Number" format to display a correct format.

You must also remove the decimals by clicking the dedicated button twice.
