The stock availability report shows the number of products sold by competitors/retailers that are in or out of stock in their websites vs. your own stock.
If you click in the bars, it will interactively take you to products list having filtered by retailer and stock.
You can apply filters in order to see specific brands, products by considering EAN or internal codes, or retailers, saved searches as well:
